Medico-legal experience
David Chadwick has extensive medico-legal experience over 20 years and currently accepts approximately 120 new instructions each year. His experience, including giving evidence in court, covers criminal, personal injury, medical negligence, employment tribunals and family court cases. Currently, 60% of instructions are from claimants, 30% from defendants and 10% joint instructions. 60% of current instructions relate to potential medical negligence. He has given evidence in court on approximately 4 occasions in the last 3 years.
He offers appointments at the Abbey Sefton Hospital, Crosby, but is willing to travel to see clients with disability. He will provide reports within 4-6 weeks of instruction.
